Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was clean and had what we needed for our stay, but the rooms were not as nice as expected for the price. The service was excellent, especially during a power cut, and the location was convenient to transport but noisy due to traffic. The dining was okay but could have been more organized. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel has a vibrant location in the City Centre, perfect for a night out in Leeds or a quick shopping trip. The rooms can be too hot at times, especially with noise from a nearby club until 2 am, which felt like being in a nightclub. The service, unfortunately, was minimal with no extra effort or even smiles from the staff. Despite these drawbacks, the price is reasonable, and the proximity to the train station is convenient.
My stay at the hotel was quite an experience. The rooms were fine, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially after a rough night when they promptly moved me to a better room. The tastefully decorated room had all the necessary facilities and was spacious and comfortable, offering great value given its location below the station.
